INTELLIGENCE OF TOUCH

a therapeutic dance workshop based on craniosacral approach

In this workshop, we invite you to immerse yourself in the support of touch to restructure our senses and let dance emerge. Our body is a living archive. By listening to it, we can perceive tensions or stress accumulated in certain areas that generate motor limitations. A delicate and benevolent touch, guided by our breath, helps to become aware of these blocks and facilitate the expression of inner rhythms: Here, touch welcomes the sensation and supports the movement from the inner to outer spheres.
